Within Ernst & Young's Indirect Tax group, we are currently seeking candidates for an outstanding career opportunity as a Consultant Senior in our Customs & International Trade (CIT) practice. Our CIT practice assists multinational corporations in managing their global trade activities-with strategic planning to minimize import duties and indirect taxes, trade compliance to minimize and manage risks, and process improvements to increase supply chain efficiency. By leveraging rules adopted by the World Trade Organization, the World Customs Organization, and multinational treaties, our worldwide team of over 350 professionals in 140 countries develops and deploys global services to address these issues. Our team is multidisciplinary, including professionals with accounting, legal, government, and industry backgrounds. This diversity of backgrounds allows us to look at situations from multiple perspectives, helping clients efficiently reach their objectives.

Our Indirect Tax practice provides a wide range of tax services for many of the world's largest multinational corporations. The Indirect Tax practice helps clients identify and address complex domestic and international tax issues and assists them in strategically aligning different areas of taxation.

Ernst & Young's National Tax Department (NTD) serves high-profile, national and multinational clients and is led by nationally recognized tax professionals who represent some of the firm's most senior tax talent. We provide a range of domestic and international transactional tax planning services and tax-related advisory services. National Tax includes top tax practitioners-many have held policy-making positions at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and on the staffs of Congressional tax-writing committees. The combination of knowledge and experience forms the basis for National Tax's ability to help clients analyze the effects of tax law and regulations and to assist clients in determining and implementing appropriate tax planning.
