We are currently recruiting for full-time roles supporting our B2B client services marketing and public relations practice. Across each of the functions we seek high quality people with an edge, a POV, and the ability to take leadership quickly.   • Learn assigned clients’ business and associated business objectives (quickly)
  • Own project execution from concept to completion (multiple projects, multiple clients)
  • Be the subject matter expert across products, projects, and deliverables
  • Facilitate meetings, ask engaging questions, be a total client champion
  • Engage internal resources to fulfill client expectations across creative, interactive assignments
  • Monitor industry trends across trade and social channels
  • Recognize new business opportunities and lead internal/external motions in pursuit
  • Produce a new business development strategy and execution plan
  • Balance your leadership with tactful team and client open-mindedness and intellectual agility

Desired Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years agency experience
  • B2B + automotive experience very desirable
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, bring-it-on taskmaster
  • Good communicator; effective writing andpresenting skills
  • Digital media and traditional media domain knowledge and marketing POV
  • Productivity tools familiar:  Outlook, .XLS, .PPT, Word
  • Device savvy:  laptop, tablet, mobile, web apps (analytics, reporting)
  • Highly motivated, willing to learn, 100% team player
  • Baseline understanding of marketing strategy, budgeting and planning
  • Use-case knowledge of integrated marketing tactics like email, banners, SEO/SEM, landing pages, traditional media
