Job description

We are actively looking for a strategic Sales Executive to generate revenue from lead sources, develop new clients, and sell directly into the top Enterprise accounts for our APM portfolio of products, in the Benelux Market. The position will be home based. Selected candidates will be expected to achieve their revenue sales targets. Additional tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Qualifying and producing quality leads
  • Analyzing customer needs in terms of current business objectives
  • Presenting and articulating advanced product features, benefits, and overall product solutions
  • Developing and managing reference sites through high quality, technical and professional, client relationships
  • Engaging in regular monthly and quarterly business reviews and weekly forecast activities
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis

Desired Skills and Experience

We are seeking goal-oriented individuals with the desire for a long-term career in sales or sales management. The successful candidates will possess an aggressive, professional, and take-charge style with the motivation for success. To qualify, here’s what you should bring to the table:

  • A proven record of successful software sales experience with network management products or networking services is preferred
  • 5+ years relevant outside sales experience within the software industry and selling into the Application Performance Management space
  • Strong prospecting, “solution” selling and closing skills
    *Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
  • A desire for a long-term career in sales or sales management
  • An aggressive, professional, take-charge style
  • An ability to present effectively, and to sell, to high-level, enterprise accounts
  • Must be motivated to have an impact on our products, our company, and the state of the art
  • You should also be able to communicate in French, English & Dutch
