Job description

Owns and drives strategies to engage and sign up carriers and other potential partners within Europe. Manages engagement to successfully secure commercial success for Acision.

 

Summary ofKey Tasks and Activities

  • Definesand quantifies opportunities with specified geography and plans engagement strategies
  • Actsas an evangelist for the Enterprise business with partners and within Acision extending knowledge, understanding and engagement to Acision’s Enterprise offering. Part of the role will be to educate the existing sales force on the Enterprise business to build internal allies and influencers.
  • Signs up existing carrier customers into AEN through existing account team and ownpersonal network. Works well with Account teams to maximise opportunity
  • Qualifies other partnership opportunities with carriers and IP based mobile messaging publishers (eg. Social Networking sites, MNVOs, etc.) and fully owns strategies to sign up these new partnerships to AEN.
  • Helps find aggregator replacements if needed
  • Develops,manages, forecasts and reports on the AEN pipeline in terms of partnerships
  • Engages and manages Partners in support of campaign activity
  • Interfaces regularly with commercial teams working with agencies and brands to relay and manage campaigns back into AEN partnerships in territory.
  • Proactively searches the market to identify new opportunities to extend Acision’s Enterprise presence

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience of taking new propositions to market (experience of creating a new business from within and existing businessis ideal
  • In depth understanding of the digital media market, including creation of publisher ad networks
  • Able to work well with ad centric models
  • Proven selling skills including strategic selling, account management and deal closure.
  • A natural self starter and sales‘hunter’. Persistence and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to draw together and engage virtual teams
  • Comfortable and credible at CXO level.

 

This is a full time position and all applicants should have a valid EU work permit to be considered
