Job description

Our Marketing Operations Manager will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Demand Generation team.  In this role you will be responsible for setting up lead nurturing programs, providing analysis of demand gen campaigns; and analyze success of email campaigns.  You will be responsible for communication between Marketing and our Corporate Sales teams.  As a key member of the corporate marketing team, our Marketing Operations Manager is accountable for the increase of marketing efficiency and laying the foundation for excellence by reinforcing the marketing department with processes, technology, metrics, and best practices.  You will be responsible for the capture and dissemination of marketing information to the leadership team, be it performance metrics, data or strategy/planning and initiatives and budgets, as well as the systems and processes that help generate this information in a systematic, predictable fashion.

  • Managing the development and distribution and assets - including budgets, plans, templates, videos, images, logos, etc.
  • Generating demand - segmenting the total market to identify logical targets for Zanett’s services, engaging in a meaningful exchange of information with our targets, providing them with enticing offers, sustaining their interest, and shepherding the ‘ready’ to sales.
  • Measuring results - measuring the component of every element of the process: the graphics, offers, campaigns, products, regions, etc..
  • Dataquality – protect and maintain the integrity of Zanett’s database, evaluate thecondition of existing marketing data, establish a process to conduct routinecleansing of data
  • Technology and Marketing Automation - proficient use of CRM, marketing automation toolsand demand tools.  Salesforce and Silverpop experience a plus, but not required.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Team focused attitude is a must
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Web, or Marketing Automation role
  • Understandingof IT Services or enterprise technology
  • Experience managing large complex programs, projects and budgets
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience working with all levels of management, especially senior leadership, in a large, cross-functional organization
  • Limited travel
