Job description

James O’Brien Associates is seeking a strong corporate sales hunter with demonstrated success in developing and closing new business.  You will have the opportunity to work with a broad base of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 100s, providing credit risk management strategies and solutions that help your clients to protect and grow their business.  This position offers uncapped commissions,paid expenses, a generous benefits package and a world-renowned sales training program.

Desired Skills and Experience

You must have the ability to call on Presidents and “C” level executives in a highly competitive market. You must be willing to prospect, be highly money motivated, have a prior high closing percentage and a strong desire to win.  Leads will be provided, but your ultimate success will depend on your ability to develop new business via cold-calling, networking and obtaining referrals.

 

Requirements

  • At least 5 years sales experience
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed
  • Proven ability to pursue and close business
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding performance goals
  • Background in finance, banking or insurance is a plus
