Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst, Payroll and Time

This role is ideal for someone who has been in consulting and wants to get off the road and settle into a company. This role will join our implementation and become the go-to person for SAP Payroll and Time when the implementation has been completed. You will be in the middle of anything SAP in the Payroll and Time module, as well as FICO and HCM issues as they relate to Payroll and Time. The key characteristics we’re looking for include a passion for the world of value-driven solution delivery, the ability to think outside the box, roll up your sleeves and work with a hard driving team to accomplish what you put your mind to. It will also be helpful if you have:

• Five years of experience as a Functional Consultant in the SAP HCM modules with knowledge of tables, data structures and field formats.
• One year of experience with the FICO module integration to/from SAP Payroll.
• Experience with 2+ successful full life cycle implementations in SAP HR Payroll and Time Modules deploying to more than 25,000 employees
• Two years of experience with SAP HCM reports and importing and exporting interfacing files with SAP Payroll and Time.
• Solid leadership skills and ability to discuss business and technology aspects of SAP Payroll
• An ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• An ability to perform system configuration in SAP Payroll & Time module using the IMG
