About this job

Job description

CAReer - The Talent Program seeks entry-level professionals who have recently graduated to participate in an organization-wide rotational training program before beginning full-time positions with Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA).

The program lasts approximately 12 months and sends the participants on three training rotations. The trainee spends 3-5 months in their target area getting to know colleagues, the work environment and the group’s day-to-day business. The trainee spends the remainder of the program on cross-divisional and cross-functional assignments. One of these rotations must be an international assignment in order to give the trainee a better understanding of Daimler’s global operations. Throughout the rotations, the trainee attends three week-long training modules abroad with other CAReer participants. At these training modules participants network with other trainees from multiple areas within Daimler AG.

Upon completion of the rotations, the trainee returns to his/her home department and full time entry-level position with DTNA. He/She returns with an organization-wide personal network, advanced product and operational knowledge, and diverse professional experience. In short, CAReer equips the participants with the tools to grow and succeed professionally within Daimler.
