Do you have a passion for marketing security products? Are you a marketing leader with a long history in marketing security products to partners and customers? Do you excel in reaching customers, changing buying behavior and building a qualified pipeline? If so, bring your talent to the enterprise marketing team at Juniper as an Enterprise Marketing Director of Security and help drive revenue and loyalty with a company that is leading the way in security technology.

Responsibilities:
• Build and manage an integrated go-to-market plan, across core marketing functions, to deliver pipeline, revenue and satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver strategic integrated marketing B2B campaigns the drive pipeline and purchasing through a mix of demand generation activities that scale globally
• Develop messaging frameworks that are consistently used across all marketing and sales activities
• Manage scorecard and metrics to monitor business and refine as appropriate.
• Manage agency relationships to develop creative, core assets, and execution by region that align to the Juniper brand strategy
• Strong relationship and virtual team management in a highly-matrixed environment with corporate marketing, sales, regions, partner, and business groups

The ideal candidate should have the following demonstrated experience:
• Campaign Management: define, develop, optimize and refine campaigns with a solid strategy, offers, design, messaging, audience segmentation, and creative development and production
• Demand Generation: marketing mix to drive qualified sales lead including, but not limited to, email and direct mail campaigns, channel marketing, sales enablement, core bill of materials, digital marketing, thought-leadership activities. Must be able to work cross-team on advertising, PR/AR, online marketing, and SEO/SEM and content syndication.
• Project Management: organized planning and process management, tracking, and ability to drive accountability
• Marketing Communications:  strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Measurement: ability to manage projects on time, on budget with controlled set of resources, and leverage operations tools to track campaign and sales activity for predictable pipeline building

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum Requirements:
• 10+ years experience creating and managing go-to-market, campaign or demand generation role in a medium to large size technology company
• Bachelors Degree in business or marketing preferred; MBA a plus
• Must have deep experience in campaign marketing, specifically for high technology. Experience in security product marketing preferred
• Demonstrated results in driving reach, revenue, and satisfaction
• The ability to deal with ambiguity, and lead with diplomacy and conviction
• Strong communications and relationship marketing experience, managing up, down, across and out.
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High visibility, high profile role requires to be based in Sunnyvale headquarters
• Some travel required (25%)
