Job description

We are looking for senior sales/marketing manager or CMO for SSD product marketing in a well-funded startup company based in mainland China.  In this position, you will lead a team and work closely with engineering and product teams to develop and direct marketing strategies from conception through implementation. You will be responsible for planning, recommendations, execution, and tracking of our SSD programs successfully, which will guarantee the company to open the market with great attention, as well as SSDs’ attraction to different customers.

 

Responsibilities:

l  Responsible for early market development and projects operations based on the identification of market requirements for current and future SSDs product lines and execute plans

l  Establish different marketing strategies, as well as brand strategy and products launching strategy to complete different sales targets, create and attract more business opportunities for the company

l  Maintain and improve the company’s competitiveness based on effective market risk prediction and management

l  Report to the management team of the company with data analysis and professional marketing recommendations

l  Build up and manage marketing team, which includes hiring, training and managing the team of marketing

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

l  BA or BS Degree in relative majors (IT/Electronics /Telecommunication) or above. Hands-on marketing knowledge will also be required. SSD related work experience a plus.

l  At least 8 years of relevant sales or channel management experience for large-scale company

l  CET-6 or above; Fluent in spoken English; excellent writing skills

l  Has good relationship capital and client resource. Has great relationship with the government a plus

 

Preferred Qualifications:

l  Familiar with relative promotion activities and business mode for SSD

l  Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees and processes in order to effectively monitor and develop subordinates and to ensure the smooth operation of department.

l  Quick learner with excellent oral communication skills, customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills as well as a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with culturally and ethnically diverse populations.

l  Strong problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills

l  Ability to react immediate enough to the market trend, as well as to independently explore new business chances for SSD or the company
