We are seeking an uncommon professional to join our team as a MemberCONNECT Business Manager.

Job Purpose

This role supports the expansion and management of engagement activities with MemberCONNECT CUs, including the development and maintenance of go-to-market, pilot acquisition, communication, training, value add services, and other engagement strategies. This position leads, develops and manages initiatives for the MemberCONNECT program as it relates to new and functional project work, providing value added services that build highly effective and efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Partner with Business/Marketing teams to develop and execute credit union engagement strategies for new and existing programs.

2. Develop, implement and monitor / manage program engagement strategies to increase program relevancy, enable CU channel campaigns and grow MemberCONNECT champions/advocates in MC CUs.

3. Own the development and execution strategies impacting CU-facing tools, including but not limited to CU Navigator, MCRC and Program Reviews. Act as the program liaison for other CU-facing systems including cunamutual.com and B2B self-service.

4. In partnership with program leadership and training teams, manage program CU communication and training efforts and projects. These projects include CU-facing material development, revisions, approvals and archiving. Responsible for evaluating and monitoring CU materials ensuring all information and inventory is current, effective and driving towards program goals. Manage distribution of materials according to project plans. Ensure adherence to corporate branding strategy and guidelines.

5. Utilize effective project management, business process management, team building, risk mitigation and change management to execute programs to achieve business results. Work with the Project Management Office where appropriate, to apply consistent standard operating procedures to each project.

6. Manage new and functional projects within the program that interface with technology and processes. This includes the development and management of project plans and resources to support them.

7. Monitor and evaluate engagement, loyalty and applicable program metrics. Develop reporting and tracking mechanisms as needed to report and evaluate results.

8. Develop close working relationships with key business leaders to understand needs, gauge satisfaction, share feedback to make improvements for all areas impacting the Marketing teams.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree in business, marketing or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.

2. Minimum of eight (8) years experience in a marketing environment or in financial services. Credit union experience preferred.

3. Strong project / business management skills, with demonstrated ability to achieve significant business results.

4. Knowledge of third party, trade organization experience preferred.

5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and perform under pressure.

6. Proven success and experience in collaborating and indirectly influencing multiple functions and groups to achieve
business goals.

7. Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills; strong problem-solving skills.

8. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with a diverse group of executives, senior managers, as well as front line staff.
