Job description

Looking for a Program Director to oversee the clinical, financial and administrative operations of a residential program for five young adult men with psychiatric and cognitive disabilities in the Developmental Services Division.
Must have experience working with adults with various developmental disabilities as well as behavioral management and crisis intervention and management.
Must be able to manage flexible staff scheduling, multiple fiscal reporting systems, varied relations with funding sources as well as changing individual needs. Also must be able to ensure proper standards and regulations are adhered to as set forth by the funding sources. Ensure programs meet the quality standards and provide value to the public.
Responsible for overseeing and supervising program staff as well as providing direction, training, coaching and recognition. Ensure that the intake of prospective persons served is completed in a timely, professional manner; arrange and perform intake procedures, conduct initial assessment of persons’ served appropriateness for program.
Schedule: Sun 12pm-8pm Mon & Thur 9am-5pm Tue 3pm-11pm Wed 10am-6pm. Night and weekend hours will be required as well as on-call responsibilities.

Desired Skills and Experience

All applicants must hold a valid US drivers license for at least one year and be able to become MAP, CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care certified within 90 days of employment.
All applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology or related field and have a minimum of three years experience in progressively responsible human services functions, of which two years have been in a supervisory capacity. Experience may be substituted for academic
