About the position:

Service Management Group (SMG) is looking for a creative, strategically minded individual who's interested in working with some of the nation's most popular brands.   


Our Client Services directors:


  • Are executives and have the opportunity to make a huge impact on SMG and the companies of our clients.
  • Believe in the value of legendary service.
  • Nurture and develop relationships with clients.
  • Intimately know the businesses of their clients—from the corporate culture to tiny operational details—and aim to drive excellence in all areas.
  • Deliver business-changing insights to clients on a regular basis.
  • Leaders of cross-functional teams of client services, operations, and research professionals.
  • Constantly strive to be better and are never satisfied with the status quo—for themselves or their clients.





Desired Skills and Experience

Applicants must have:


  • A proven track record in consulting or a related field
  • Experience managing other professionals
  • Experience building relationships at the executive level
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 20–30%
  • A minimum of a 4-year degree (MBA a-plus)
