Job description

As part of a strategic growth, a fast growing startup in the online marketing space is looking for strong and enthusiastic individual to join our sales force team.  We are looking for a driven experienced UK Sales Director, who is happy to operate within his territory and drive incremental business through various sales channels, including; Client Direct, Agency, Affiliate Network.



  • Developing and managing myThings` advertiser base across several industry sectors within Spain.
  • Integrated into the strategic commercial plan for developing new business in the Spainish online advertising market
  • Develop new partner relationships from prospecting and negotiating through to contract closing
  • Managing successfully existing agencies and channels, with a remit to deepen the relations
  • Focusing on sales challenges, making sure myThings label is penetrating the market  
  • Hit revenue targets with existing and new customers, ensuring that a strong partnership approach is adopted
  • Be one of the first points of contact for customers for cross functional queries
  • Work with a strong internal team based in Tel Aviv (marketing, legal, integration, traffic) to support the sales efforts
  • Represent myThings at relevant industry conferences and events
  • Non-Management role

Desired Skills and Experience


  • Relevant higher education
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven in-depth business development/sales experience of advertising solutions, ideally display.
  • Having existing strong network from leading online advertisers in Spain.
  • Ability to create new partners and accounts
  • Background could include working for an affiliate network, ecommerce websites, digital agency or a media company. It’s your ability to think commercially and form strong relationships which is key to us
  • Deep familiarity of online media and performance based display advertising (especially attribution methodologies) will be strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with clients at a senior level
  • Analytical sales approach is important in our business for effective partnership with clients
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
