Job description

Reporting to the Director, Customer Service and engaging with key stakeholders in the product, marketing, sales and operations teams, you will be responsible for designing an integrated customer experience framework across all sales and service channels including retail, telephone and digital. Your clear and effective customer experience strategy will reflect the brand and customer value propositions and create a customer focused environment which influences acquisition and retention activities. Your strategies and initiatives will make a significant impact at the enterprise level and will ultimately influence commercial outcomes.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

This appointment is likely to appeal to a customer experience specialist with a history designing customer experience strategies which integrate all channels and facilitate commercial objectives. You will most likely have experience in complex service environments in the strategy, service or marketing functions working with a diversity of channels. As a result of this experience you will have excellent analytical capabilities and can effectively leverage customer insights to guide strategy development. The key success factors will be your strong commercial acumen, sophisticated communication style and ability to influence. Tertiary qualifications in business are expected.
