Small field office in Boston is seeking a Senior Account Executive to work on the retail business for a major automotive brand. Applicant should have strong interpersonal skills, be detail oriented and manage multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills and 3+ years of advertising experience required, automotive background a plus. Bachelor’s degree and ability to relocate preferred.

PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for the coordination of all elements related to advertising or marketing programs. They manage all production schedules and costs for marketing programs to ensure on-time and on-budget programs.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Effective execution of relationship marketing programs including written communication of program changes and updates to all team members.
• Maintaining budget control on a program for both out-of-pockets and time of staff.
• Maintaining job files and completion of various process-related forms.
• Trafficking and routing as appropriate.
• Setting agendas for, scheduling and running meetings.
• Preparing estimates, estimate revisions, work orders and other critical financial checkpoints to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Maintaining schedules and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Attending press checks and various vendor meetings with Operations and Production to assure quality and zero defects.
• Guides and serves as a master trainer and mentor to all junior staff.
• Maintain and support all company standards as specified within the Quality Management System.
• Supports/facilitates the mandatory adherence to ISO9001 requirements, processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• Ability to handle multiple projects through effective organizational skills.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience minimum.
• 3+ years of Account Executive experience.
• Proven track record of exceptional service, effective creative, and leadership.
• Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.
