The Opportunity/YourRole:


Product Marketing Manager


As Product Marketing Manager, you are the vital link that enables us tosuccessfully bring our award winning SaaS product offerings to the market.  In this role, you will act as the “voice ofthe customer” within Leads360, and the “voice of the product” to customers,prospects and others.  More specifically,your role will entail:

  • Product positioning – Working closely with ProductManagement and Marketing Communications to develop product positioning andmessaging that effectively differentiates our products in the market.
  • Sales enablement – Communicating the value propositionof the products to the sales team and developing the sales tools that supportthe selling process of our products - developing effective ROI models,presentations, whitepapers, data sheets and other tools;  developing highly engaging and compellingproduct demos;  refining our RFP responseprocess to be industry leading.
  • Product evangelist - Working closely with ProductManagement to be the ultimate champion for our products - educating the market,developing content for and delivering webinars, presenting at industryconferences, briefing analysts, conducting press interviews, and generatingmomentum internally and externally.
  • Product launch – Working closely with ProductManagement to plan the launch of new products and manage the cross-functionalimplementation of the plan.
  • Customer and market intelligence – Being the expert on the needs of ourtarget market, how to reach them, and their buying criteria - developing andformalizing methods for systematically collecting customer insights; leadingcompetitive intelligence efforts; defining and establishing a customer advisorycouncil and/or customer user group.
  • Demand generation – Developing the strategy inconjunction with Marketing Communications and Business Development to drivedemand for our products.

Desired Skills and Experience

What We Are Looking For: 

 

  • 5+years of technology-oriented B2B marketing experience with at least 2 years ofproduct marketing experience
  • Softwaremarketing experience (ideally SaaS)
  • Experiencein rapid growth environments
  • Communication – Outstanding written and oral communicationskills.  You can translate complex ideasinto concise, engaging and compelling messaging
  • Curiosity - You spend time poring over competitors’ and partners’products to both pick up ideas and be the curator of valuable knowledge on thebar we need to reach to remain the dominant solution in our space.  You are rarely satisfied with superficialknowledge on a topic and love to dive deeper
  • Creativity - You can think out of the box and are willing to takerisks
  • Analytical Skills – You are comfortable and adept at ROI analysisand other analytical activities
  • Intellect - The smartest people you know would use “clever” as oneof their foremost adjectives to describe you
  • Interpersonal skills – You are highly effective at crossfunctional collaboration
  • Passion - We want you to wear your passion for our products forall to see
  • Project management skills – You are excellent at managing yourprojects and get things done
  • Detail orientation - You feel annoyed when you see a period at theend of this sentence because the other bullets didn’t have one.
