The role

 

Ciklum is looking for the Client Service Manager tosupport and develop growth from the selected range of Ciklum’s top strategiccustomers.

 

Client Service Manager will be part of CiklumServices and Consulting (CSC) team, but in very close cooperation with SalesDepartment. Client Service Manager refers directly to the VP of Ciklum Services& Consulting and will be stationed in Ciklum HQ, Kiev, Ukraine, but shallbe open for frequent travels to the USA and Europe (20%).

 

Client Service Manager will primarily beresponsible for top 5 Ciklum customer accounts and focus on growing their businessand therefore directly influencing company revenue and success. This personshould possessexcellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills as well as ability to take customer discussions on a strategic level.

Desired Skills and Experience

A successful candidate is/has:

 

-      5-10 years of experience in the account/client service management in theIT industry

-      Delivery experience with and full life-cycle responsibility forstrategic projects for top-tier clients, ranging from sales to delivery

-      Experience with service product development, including pipeline management

-      Highly energetic with personal qualities such as humor, patience and a"cut to the chase" attitude  

-      Native English speaker or with excellent command of English

-      In depth knowledge of IT/Software industry including a good personal network

-      Proven track record of a successful professional service delivery

-      Able to keep up with work in a dynamic, fast paced, often stressful environment
