Job description


This position will support the continued development and execution of a Leadership Development & Training Strategy that is aligned to the goals and objectives of the company.  Act as an advisor to the organization in matters involving training, development and organization effectiveness.   Focus Organization and Leadership development priorities in the areas of Performance Management, Leadership excellence, employee capabilities, organizational culture and engagement.

  • Create, design, facilitate and execute training and development programs for all company locations using the most appropriate delivery methods based upon the business needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement tools, materials, technology, programs and processes to drive continuous learning, sustain skill application and business results, and increase the effectiveness and impact of training & development approaches.
  • Lead the coordination and administration of the Training/Development department, including but not limited to: Learning Management System, marketing and presentation materials, course materials, enrollment, technology systems, and client services.
  • Build ongoing relationships with individuals, leaders and teams to provide coaching, development solutions, and sustainability support.

Desired Skills and Experience


  • Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.  Master’s in Business, Human Resources or OD is preferred
  • Total of 5+ years experience to include: Training & Development, Instructional Design, Leadership Development, Training Administration, Training Technology (including e-learning and LMS), building & delivering training programs for a variety of levels
  • Demonstrated ability to design effective, creative, professional, dynamic, and engaging training programs and supporting materials.
  • Credible leadership presence with the ability to manage, interact, influence and communicate at all levels with excellent verbal, written and facilitation skills
  • Organized with ability to plan, manage, and drive multiple projects concurrently from initiation through completion
  • Tech-savvy with the capability, passion and confidence to learn, utilize, administer and leverage technology solutions
  • Certification with recognized training vendors (Blanchard, AcheiveGlobal, etc) a plus
