Job description

The Director of Operational Strategy is a new role reporting to the Vice President of Operations. This is a vital position as it is focused on improving the overall Lexington Law client experience, developing short- and long-term growth and operationalstrategies, and driving client retention. The position is responsible for the following:

  • Works closely with the VP of Operations to develop short and long term operational plans.
  • Drives and improves overall client retention - a key business driver.
  • Develops group strategy and measures strategic direction, implementation, and results.
  • Leads efforts to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Works with training and line management to improve the setting of customer expectations.
  • Leads efforts to improve and streamline client e-mail communication.
  • Designs and implements client surveys to measure and improve the client experience.
  • Works closely with the Director of Call Center Operations to optimize center operations and improve workforce utilization.
  • Serves as a senior liaison with other business units and functions.
  • Designs metrics, reports, and presentations tocommunicate business performance. May work with VP to develop key board presentations to provide insight into the business and its results.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Seven years plus of business operations, client management, strategy development, or operational reporting experience.
  • Strong statistical background. Proven record of analyzing data and implementing improvements.
  • Driven investigator of institutional shortcomings and ability to identify and implement solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter and self-directed. We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning a business, identifying
    incremental and operational improvements, and driving implementation of those improvements.
  • Must build strong credibility and relationships to be successful.
  • Must develop strong goals for themselves and the organization and work to exceed those expectations.
  • Proven track record of leading business and project teams.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
  • Call center experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant area; Master’s Degree preferred.
