Job description

This newly created administrative position will assist with a broad variety of daily activities impacting every department of our organization. With a critical focus on detail, accuracy and time management, you will have an opportunity to expand your career knowledge in this challenging role.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Software license compliance & reporting
  • Customer billing, aging reports, collection & accounts management
  • Management of contracts, amendments & renewals
  • HR administration including payroll reporting, commissions & insurance
  • Routine accounting activities including month-end close & reporting
  • Frequent customer interaction and problem resolution
  • Sales support including assistance with import/export requirements
  • Broad support of internal departments and management
  • Expense report reconciliation and processing

Desired Skills and Experience

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and quality
  • Exceptional customer and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving & time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task with shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with legal contracts and HR issues

Training and Experience:

  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures and GAAP compliance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
