Job description

The Regional Sales Director will manage and coordinate efforts to deliver our cellular POS and ATM solutions working with top ISOs and MSPs in the payments processing industry for the Western US territory. Job responsibilities include:

 

  • Development and management of sales engagements with top ISO/MSPs
  • Coordination of industry-wide campaigns working with key sales and marketing leaders at headquarters.
  • Engaging directly with sales reps and with enterprise level customers.
  • Manage sales activities to build a robust and healthy funnel.
  • Achieve a closing rate to ensure accomplishment of quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and field activities.

 

Successful candidate should have existing ISO/MSP relationships up to VP levels, experience with POS terminal co-selling, track record for revenue growth and exceeding plan. Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit required.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or directly-related field / equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA a plus.

 

  • 4+ years of POS solution sales to ISOs/MSPs and Processors, or other directly-related experience. Strong and up-to-date rolodex of key relationships in the industry.

 

  • Interpersonal Skills: Able to maintain effective key business relationships with internal clients and external contacts. High comfort level with a collaborative work process

 

  • Track record of Sales Success. Understanding of advanced sales methodologies and funnel development/management.

 

  • Computer Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be proficient with Salesforce.com for customer record and funnel/pipeline      management

 

  • Communication Skills: Job requires participation in frequent oral discussions and frequent preparation of written communications, both inside and outside the company

 

  • Self-motivated, working effectively in the development and production of schedules. Can work effectively independently, and collaboratively, as part of the broader Sales and Marketing team.
