Job description

Supports division compliance program responsibilities, including, but not limited, to, Concur automated expense reporting and aggregate spend reporting, grant and consulting processes and reporting, annual budget tracking and compliance review program processes and reporting

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Assists with the development of the Annual Consulting Budget and associated Business Rationales for Health Care Practitioner engagements.
  • Compiles, reviews and records all required aggregate spend data and consulting engagement activity. Tracks this information against annual consulting budget
  • Generates reports for all affiliated health care practitioners, and monitors the reports for data integrity and cleanliness on an ongoing basis
  • Reviews and completes all unmatched spend information for travel and expense reporting from Concur, and works with sales administration to match/clean the expense data records
  • Coordinates compliance reviews of all instances of physician or customer financial support, including grant applications and consulting arrangements and associated documents
  • Reviews completed Compliance Review Visit Forms for any potential issues of non-compliance
  • Provides written reports related to the compliance review program
  • Provides support and guidance on Compliance policies and procedures
  • Performs other comprehensive corporate compliance-related administrative duties as requested
  • Knows and follows all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintains the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times
  • Diligently participates in our compliance program-related activities
  • Other duties as assigned by the Corporate Compliance function
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working a support position in the medical device or pharmaceutical fields, legal or in a compliance-related field
  • Significant experience in coordinating, facilitating, monitoring and reporting on corporate compliance-related issues and programs
  • Significant experience utilizing physical and electronic document management systems and databases
  • Strong problem-solving skills and significant experience in solving routine problems that may arise in the duties and responsibilities noted above
  • Experience drafting quality professional reports
  • Strong communication skills, including report writing skills
  • Demonstrated strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A college degree in a business or communications-related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in regularly and effectively interfacing with individuals and groups on sensitive and/or potentially contentious matters with a positive attitude and with professionalism
  • Capable of handing confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple diverse assignments with flexibility for changes
  • Excellent grammar and proof reading skills
  • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
