My name is Muhammad Zulfikar Rakhmat. People usually called me “Fikar” or “Zulfikar”, but since I moved to Middle East people called me “Muhammad” because it’s my first name and it’s an arabic name, so it is easier for them to call me. I was born in Pati, Indonesia on 10 April 1992, I was born with a medical problem when my mom delivered me. I have small weakness on my hands soft motor muscle especially on the right hand, but there is no any problem with my brain, IQ, and others.
I started the KG school in home country and continued for elementary school till year 9 at the Public School normally. The school allowed me to bring the laptop for supporting my hand write.
I went to Al Azhar Islamic Elementary and Junior High School, which is the best private islamic school in Indonesia. After I finished with year 9 in that school, I continued my education at The Cambridge School in Qatar, I took Geography and Environmental Management in IGCSE and AS Level, which essential for my major in University, and I'm planning to do B.A in Geography and Urban Planning.
I became involved in computers when my dad bought my first computer and I always had the fascination with a smart interactive machines. At that time, I thought that computers are amazing. It made me want to try everything with it. I quickly became interested in everything related to computers and tried not to focus in single aspect.
Some programming languages like Delphi, Pascal and C# shocked me because when I typed a line-per-line of codes they became useful applications. In my school, I’ve always tried to help my teachers to fix their computer and my teachers like it, even though my grades are not that good. In the end of elementary school, I met Linux and Unix, which made me interested more to computers. Not for long, I became a Junior Linux Administrator in an Indonesian forum. I never wanted to be in one place, because the world of computers was vast.
IGCSE and AS Level , Mathematics, Sciences, Geography, Environmental Management, Travel and Tourism, Applied ICT , 2007 — 2010 (expected)
This is the first time I study other people's culture, where I am befriended with a lot of foreigners, with a British Curriculum, where we are shaped up for university. I took Geography, Environmental Management and Travel and Tourism in IGCSE and AS Level, which are essential for my major.
Indonesia 1994 Curriculum, 2004 Curriculum Based Competency 1998 — 2007
The basic curriculum I received in this school is just like the one in Indonesia. There are a lot of things I've learned, from Humanitarian, History, and even Religion. With sloping-like grades, even though there are lots of downfalls, I still graduate with a good result.
Computer Programming, Software, Geography, Geopastial Technology, Web Mapping, Photography.
