My professional duties have included collection, review, and production of discovery in connection with litigation for Fortune 500 clients. I am responsible for creating and maintaining chains of custody, managing collected documents through the necessary process to digitize and load them to our secure servers, set up and manage document reviews, quality check those reviews, and produce documents in appropriate formats. I'm also responsible for creating search terms to search very large document collections, and have done so for document collections up to and over ten million documents. I also draft instructions for users new to our service, and other internal documentation. I'm also responsible for tracking billing for current clients, and confirming access restrictions on a monthly basis. I also assist with project management duties. Past duties have included legal research and writing, technical writing, customer service, education of both adults and elementary age children, computer networking and troubleshooting, and managing a team of up to 15 people. As a hobby, I create and release original audio programming via the internet (podcasting), and am a contributing writer and reviewer at Tech Talk for Families - www.techtalkforfamilies.com.

And I trained instructors on the use of in-class equipment such as document cameras, DVD players, projectors, etc., for presentations - the same kinds of equipment being used today for presentations in other areas, such as courtrooms and arbitrations.
