Did Inbound / Outbound collection calls for our telecommunications provider and business client, Videotron Ltée. I was also bound to help other employees on the floor by being a procedure reference and technical assistant for any software problems. I was entitled to replace my supervisor when absent and was checking out on proofs of payment to permit the validation of those for suspension purposes.

* As an interviewer, I simply had to make outbound calls to survey people across Canada for multiple topics.
* As a recruiter, I had to screen and invite people to focus groups sessions based on marketing research and qualitative research criteria like income, age, gender and specifics to any project contracted. I had a specialty on medical, human resources, and Government employees contracts.
* As a supervisor, I had to supervise a team of 20 people for the Qualitative Research department by managing the schedules, be the technical helper in any software related issue, was developing tools to help in the project's progress and assured feedback to the Project Coordinator and Qualitative Research Director.
* As a project coordinator, I was second only to the captain as I was managing the budget of the department, the setting up by linking the most productive employees on certain projects, have a constant feedback by our demanding clients.
