WeTheCitizens is the creator of the Wildfire Social Mobilization Platform, which drives real-world action through online networks, helping volunteers to collectively self-organize in support of cause-oriented organizations. Founded in 2005, WeTheCitizens uses its Web 2.0-based technology to connect supporters (volunteers or donors) to causes using social networking principles, mobilize them with Wildfire's Custom Actions, and score and rank each individual's contribution with its Personal Impact Engine.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Hannon Hill I was responsible for planning, architecting, and implementing bug fixes, product improvements and new feature additions for the award-winning Web Content Management Solution, Cascade Server. Leveraging JEE technologies such as Struts, Spring, and Hibernate I helped maintain and grow the product in a small team with quick turnaround for our customers.
In addition to my roles in software architecture and development I also played an active role in the Cascade Server support community via email, JIRA, and forums.
