QA Lead at Surreal Software
Greater Seattle Area
I've worked in the Quality Assurance field for over two years and have gradually moved more and more into management roles within the field.
I enjoy testing and the architecture behind creating a test plan and execution to properly catch and analyze software issues. My organization and analysis skills benefit me on a daily basis to properly gauge the priority, properly document and help assist in the entire process of software issues.
My previous experience in Technical Support, Database Administration and Community Relations help me in my everyday tasks by being able to assist with technical issues while still being able to communicate a defined result that is easily understood by all.
I studied Web Development at CCC and continue to create web projects to expand my knowledge of HTML / XML in an effort to better my personal and professional career.
My career goal is to continue my Quality Assurance career - which would entail me continuing to lead test teams in a development process and expand my knowledge of code bases outside of HTML/XML and into software creation - for the purpose of benefiting my proficiencies with test automation and scripting.
