My professional interests include creating effective communication strategies using technology, facilitating collaborative partnering groups and innovative professional development programs. Motivation comes from within but inspiration comes from loving what you do and where you work. My personal interests include being a drummer and percussionist for 35+ years with major interests in orchestral rock, jazz/rock fusion and world beat/polyrhythmic as a player.
