Experience includes aerospace manufacturing spares program management ($7 million/mo), road and bridge construction partnering workshop facilitation (up to $500M), curriculum development for secondary and post secondary schools, medium to large public events (up to 225,000 patrons) as well as performing arts, radio/television production, as well as hosting several shows as well.

In these times of massive change, you need someone who can help you adjust and transform to who you need to be, meeting the challenge to change and grow effectively in your relationships and business process - applied change management.

Past successes include a 45% market penetration increase for a health food company, a 20% increase in on-time shipments for an aerospace company and a volunteer leadership role in the inclusion of Native American elements in the Phoenix Steele Indian School Park master plan.
