  E-Money Project – as part of Blackhawk’s International expansion this project involved providing the UK Government Financial Services Authority with a detailed analysis of Blackhawk’s ability to perform the role of a Gift Card Issuer in the UK. As the sole analyst on the project I assessed the organizational and technical capabilities for supporting Gift Card transaction by Blackhawk and it’s various suppliers, e.g. Safeway, and documented. The IT infrastructure that would support Blackhawk’s new business in the UK was also analyzed and documented.
  
  Corporate Web Portal – This project required the set up of a framework (i.e. .net nuke) to provide a portal web solution to address various business requirements for;
  o An intra-net running various workflow web applications.
  o A extra net to allow suppliers, alliance partners and other trusted parties to access a private domain within blackhawk’s network
  o A corporate web site to promote Blackhawk and provide lead generations
