I entered Czech branch of mBank (brand of BRE Bank, a major Polish bank owned by Commerzbank) having just 7 weeks before launch to create all the content of the website and also learn everything about the products, processes and banking (since I haven’t had any background in this area). Due to the unique situation my job had also a lot to do with: internet banking and requested changes, implementation and testing of new products (plus coordination of friendly customers), customer care (before the position was created it was almost solely my duty). The forum has had over 78k posts over first year, and we have generally succeeded in creating of a ‘love brand’.
