I work as a researcher for the Talis Platform, a Semantic Web technology platform. My remit includes the synthesis and communication of information, blogging, writing and networking and pursuing high-level abstractions to help with the direction and communication of aims.

Grandstand Media, organisers of Horse of the Year Show and the British Open Show Jumping Championships emloyed me to fully manage their electronic marketing and online presence. I report to the Directors and, on some projects to the Marketing and PR Manager. I currently oversee the continued development and maintenance of two major corporate websites (www.hoys.co.uk and www.britishopenshowjumping.com) alongside all aspects of electronic marketing.
I am responsible for furthering Grandstand's brand marketing on the internet – now their primary marketing tool – and for developing content with the marketing department. My responsibilities have included the production of the British Open official programme including producing text and graphic design.
