Having been described as Talis' "token non-geek" and with a degree in linguistics (BA (hons): English Language and Communication, Kings College London) my experience is varied, but focused on empowering ideas. I am passionate about seeing thought and communication channels opened and love research and implementation of new projects. I like to see the shaping of concepts (from writing a blog post to leading discussions) lead to a more complete picture of an idea, and I think that from the dialogue, direction emerges.

I work as an evangelist for the Talis Platform, a Semantic Web data environment. I edit Nodalities Magazine (http://www.talis.com/nodalities), and help to communicate what we're doing here at Talis. In communication, I also help with the high-level view of the Platform and related technologies, and advise the SMT on trends and ideas.
