"The riskiest thing we can do is just maintain the status quo."
Bob Iger
What I offer to the people I work with isn't adequately summed up by the title "consultant" so that is not what I call what I do. The title matters less than why I do it and how I work. First and foremost, I do what I LOVE. Secondly, my commitment to making a difference in the world is a primary consideration in EVERY project I become engaged in.
What do I do?
It is a challenge to describe what I do because I can do so many things and what I don't do directly I conceptualize and bring together the team to carry it out. But at the heart is always strategic planning to fulfill your mission.
In the simplest terms..I do what Kerry Santo describes in her testimonial at the bottom of this page: "Yvette is the only one I have been so impressed with for her absolute ability to get the bigger picture, she can see where you want to go when others can't and she will get you there with style and class."
I bring what could be called a more enlightened perspective to problem solving and change management and often the results are profound as Ron Wopereis describes in his endorsement: "my perspective on life has shifted into a new paradigm".
I am a business advisor that takes a personal interest in her clients goals.
My clients benefit from my focus on the human connection not just the customer relationship which tends to objectify the individual, so that the emphasis on social capital is based on doing business with the common good in mind, not as an aside or after thought...and where the human being behind the transaction is honestly valued beyond their customer status.
In challenging times the value of social capital becomes apparent, but one must pay attention to cultivating it beforehand.

Cultural_Fusion "Art as Philosophy" invites you to join us in discovering how to build a culture where each individual is valued and has access to the tools to create more enriching and purposeful lives that enhance the freedom and wellbeing of all. Each Project engages in a different way around related issues, consistently using Art as the framework for development.
When an engaging experience (art) embodies a meaningful community solution, enhanced by meaningful business solutions the result is a memorable experience for all. If your company invests in art & culture, why not consider art with purpose?
This is part of a fundraising initiative for the community program being developed in a given area and also for HIV/AIDS orphans & deprived children. In addition to helping with the immediate needs of the children we are concerned with the supportive services that will help them mature into successful adulthood.
