I have experienced several positions in this company. For the first three years I was involved in the development of network management systems for multivendor switching and transmission equipment for this company's commercial use, from programming to project management.
Then I belonged to NTTCom's international switch maintenance center, or ISMC, engaging in the operation and maintenance stuff for its overseas call services, where I improved trouble ticketing system so as to take quicker actions against network or equipment troubles. More than that, quality improvement for the international call service was also what I did in the ISMC.
In 2003, I joined a voice over IP communications team for designs, testings, implementation and operation & maintenance of new VoIP services, including the shared IP-PBX service, the Click-to-Connect service and the IP contact center service.
From October 2008 through March 2009, I moved to a special task force in charge of research, analysis and problem-solving activities for the improvement of quality of maintenance and operation of NTTCom's services.
In April 2009, I returned back to the VoIP communications team to be involved in the system development of the IP contact center service until August.
In August 2009, my office was changed into the operation & maintenance division to plan the O&M of VoIP services, where I currently work.
