Before becoming an organizer and starting her own business, Grace worked as an administrative assistant overseeing multiple schedules. She was also in charge of event, meeting, and travel planning. She has more than 6 years of experiences in the administrative field and more than 3 years of experience in event coordinating. Grace now shares her talents with her private organizing clients.
Grace operates according to a simple philosophy -- when all aspects of one's life are in order and running efficiently, greatness is inevitable.

Grace holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Santa Rosa Junior College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Francisco State. She also took various administrative courses as well as numerous courses in Floristry and Interior Design. At the age of 15, Grace became a certified aerobics instructor and taught for 7 years.
