Denise Worrell’s Summary

Our company has identified and filled the niche of performing financial services (bookkeeping, invoicing of cutomers, bill paying, payroll, budgeting, etc.) for the small, (typically) owner-run business. We do this remotely, via web-based financial software, remote connectivity, and/or off-site services.

It is our goal to help owners of small businesses to be free of the bookeeping work without losing touch with the books. We encourage business owners to be as involved in the process as they would like to be, and to stay up to date and kept informed on the part that we are doing. That said, our goal is also that our clients become confident and comfortable in the knowledge that we are handling their books accurately and expediently, so they feel free to focus on other areas of their business.

  As owner of the company, I oversee a staff of 7 bookkeepers who do the bulk of the data entry work for our clients. I first meet with each business owner and determine their areas of need and determine the best solution for their individual situation. I then identify which of our bookkeepers has the best skill set to be their Account Executive, and I work with that bookkeeper individually to be sure that all the needs are met and the systems flow smoothly.
