Yossi Rozenman’s Summary

I am a highly experienced freelance technical translator from English and Spanish to Hebrew, as well as technical writer in Hebrew. I am a power user of Microsoft Word and SDL Trados and proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other programs.

Since starting out in 1992, I gained extensive experience in translating user manuals, operation and maintenance manuals, online help and documentation, user interfaces, product literature etc., and acquired vast knowledge in the fields of computers, software, peripherals, communications, telephony, household appliances, medical equipment and more.

Over the years, I specialized in software and web localization, including web-based applications, gaining extensive experience in adapting the layout, interface and text into a Hebrew format. To this end, I also developed several utilities that enable me to work with non-standard resource text files, streamline the localization process, handle large volumes of documentation and coordinate large projects.
