Most cases involve Family Law, which includes Divorce, Suits Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship, Adoption, Motions to Modify, Protective Orders, Temporary Restraining Orders and Temporary Injunctions. The rest of the cases are a mix of Probate and Heirship proceedings, drafting simple wills, consumer matters, and Social Security Disability appeals.
I am experienced in filing and obtaining various documents with the Dallas County Family District Courts, Juvenile Courts, and Probate Courts. I am also experienced in using ProDoc. -
