YogaXoga offers Demystified Yoga(TM) classes in the Kansas City area. We bring yoga to you - at home, at work, or through community classes offered throughout Kansas City.

I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. Yoga offers so many health benefits including stress relief, increased flexibility & strength, relief from chronic pain and more.

YogaXoga now offers two yoga DVDs: YogaXoga Demystified YogaTM Volume 1 and Volume 2 (coming soon - June 2009).

Our yoga DVDs focus on the physical and stress-relieving benefits of yoga and leave out chanting, mystical images and ideologies often found with other yoga DVD choices. Both Volumes 1 and 2 include many pose modifications, making them great for the beginner and more seasoned yoga student.

YogaXoga Demystified Yoga Volume 2 includes three 20 minute classes for the Neck & Shoulders, Lower Back and Yoga Before Bed.

YogaXoga Demystified Yoga Volume 1 includes two classes (30 minutes and 1 hour), plus helpful hints to make sure you're getting the most from common poses.

In a YogaXoga class, we focus on the physical aspects of yoga - stretching, strengthening & breathing - and we leave out mystical images, chanting and yoga ideologies.
