As lead graphical user interface designer, I defined the foundation of what is today known as Reuters 3000 (or Kobra, or X-Tra [...]) , a front-office technology platform for traders that has generated over a billion dollar of sales (software and service) since.
My claim to fame here is to have "borrowed" the object-oriented and visual programming nature of Interface Builder on NeXTSTEP (now Xcode on Mac OS X) and turn Kobra into a first of its kind on the trading floor. -
