I have been in HR-OD for over twenty years, doing everything from generalist work to recruiting to organizational development and effectiveness. This combination of experience brings added value to organizations when dealing with Human Capital strategy issues.
Specific work experience with F500s has centered on strategizing with leadership on a variety of issues: process improvement (efficiency/quality), leadership readiness evaluations, and technological interventions for HR. Other specific experience includes: executive recruitment, corporate culture analysis (incl M&A), strategic workforce planning, assessments, and success composites.
