Yesi’s responsibilities involve the Request for Proposal review process. Critical to new business efforts, the process involves coordination, communication and problem resolution with various individuals.
Yesi also serves as the Records Management Officer, handling all aspects of document retention for the division.
In addition, Yesi manages the division’s workflow coordinators – a structural support system for the division’s financial analysts, created and implemented by Yesi over 9 years ago.
In addition to her various roles, Yesi is an active member of the division’s Diversity Committee, currently serving on its Heritage and Marketing Task Forces. Her contributions include the coordination of “Learning and Empowerment” functions; coordination/execution of two toy drives for the homeless; creation of an electronic photo book; and the design and creation of the division’s first-ever newsletter, which was recognized with a Best Practices Award by firm's CEO.
