(Performing Arts industry)
August 2006 — Present (3 years)
Throughout my 2 years involvement with Studio Emad Eddin Foundation I managed to help the organization with a better use of IT tools to better manage & fulfill the organizations goals & needs
(which includes the following)
* Maintaining a new (web-based) Contacts-database system (Salesforce.com) with a built-in emailing system to help us with the mass emailing processes (over 3000 contacts)
this new system also worked as an electronic (search-able) data-entry system for membership & casting applications
* Developing & maintaining a new website for Studio Emad Eddin with the following features ...
- The ease of updating the website with news & announcements
- More organized web-links directory
- Image Gallery of the Studio activities & events
- More ways for website visitors interaction (sharing their comments & feedback, suggesting web-links for the links directory ...)
* Designing publicity materials for the organizations events & activities
- Posters
- Flyers
- HTML email templates
- DVD covers & stickers ...
* Help the organization with the use of genuine software (Microsoft Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office suite) to overcome all the piracy issues we used to have
I also suggested the use of Open-Source Operating System (Ubuntu) to reduce the costs of purchasing genuine operating systems to meet the organization's budget
