this is a long term job for which I'm not paid (voluntary work). what I mainly do is rebuild the website from scratch. this means new design, new platform, new administrator console, new everything. I plan on developing the website, maintaining the content, improve it from time to time and constantly optimizing the UI to keep track of the new web2.0 usability style. I will also create online marketing campaigns and research new, alternative methods of promotion - ATL and BTL advertising.
