Zachary Towle’s Summary

I have had Barista experience since 2000. Coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos: it is an art, and it does take skill and training to make these drinks. I completely enjoy building good customer rapport for a cup of coffee, juice, or scone. Good rapport involves remembering/accomodating the customer's drink/needs while giving a friendly and comfortable attitude.

I have also been figure/portrait modeling for various art classes since 1998. Though this kind of modeling isn't considered a profession, I am fortunate enough to have continued this position for many years because I am responsible in reserving the necessities most artists rely on for dependable live models. I am always willing to accept new art classes/groups.
