Master of Ceremonies/Public Speaker
Springfield, Missouri Area
I graduated from Logan-Rogersville High School in 1989 and attended Drury University until 1993 earning an Bachelors degree in English with Honors and a minor in Speech Communication. While there I was the Station Manager of KDCR 530AM and a member of SIGMA PI.
I attended the University of Missouri School of Law from 1993-1996 and was granted a Juris Doctorate. I passed the bar (first time) that summer.
I was hired by Shawn Askinosie to start and run a niche practice in Springfield, MO called The Ticket Center which I did until the fall of 1999 when I joined the Greene County Prosecutor's Office as an Assistant Prosecutor. In September of 2002 I left Greene County and started my own firm where I still practice today.
My Practice is mostly comprised of Criminal Defense, Business Law, Real Estate and Collections. I have or still represent a number of local businesses and municipalities in these area. I have served as City Attorney for Rogersville and Fordland. Additionally, I serve as the Municipal Judge for the City of Fair Grove, Missouri.
Concurrently with starting my firm in 2002, I launched the website MissouriTrafficTickets.com that allows clients to submit traffic tickets online to have them kept off the record. Since then it has grown into a multistate practice with "branches" in Kansas, Oklahoma and Illinois.
I have also launched the site EvictionsQuick.com which allows Landlords to quickly and inexpensively hire my firm to file Rent & Possession Lawsuits to get non-paying tenants out of their property as soon as possible.
I have the pleasure of serving as Master of Ceremonies for a number of local events including the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, the Logan-Rogersville Educational Foundation's Wildcat Gala and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Walk for a Cure.
I am also a backup Public Address Announcer for the Springfield Cardinals at Hammon's Field.
