Ericksoniaanse Hypnotherapie 2006 — 2006

Hypnose is een effectieve techniek die mensen helpt bij verandering. Met hypnose kun je gewenste gedragsverandering realiseren en je mentaal en fysiek beter voelen. Letterlijk betekent het griekse woord 'hypnos' slaap. Hypnose is het best te omschrijven als een veelvoorkomende staat van bewustzijn waarin je ontspannen en geconcentreerd bent. Zoals wanneer je zo in een boek of je werk verdiept bent dat je iemand niet hoort binnenkomen. In deze staat, ook wel trance genoemd, is je aandacht naar binnen gericht. Dat maakt dat je makkelijker in contact bent met je onbewuste en de daar aanwezige hulpbronnen. Hypnose is het bewust creëren van een toestand van trance om jezelf positief te veranderen, problemen op te lossen, jezelf te motiveren en bijvoorbeeld hardnekkige gewoontes te veranderen. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld vragen stellen en positieve suggesties geven aan je onbewuste.
