Jed Wunderli’s Summary

I have been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years. I have written several articles for the Scotsman Guide and just completed my book: Think BIG, Succeed BIG. Additionally, I have created The Wealthbuilder Financial Analysis System to help loan officers help their clients understand how money works and the principals of wealth creation.

Jed Wunderli’s Specialties:

I look at a client's complete financial picture and then recommend a mortgage that will give them the opportunity to help achieve their financial goals. The software that I developed is my primary tool for performing the analysis.
People who want to learn more about preparing for retirement by using advanced cash-flow management strategies, equity management, leverage and other wealth-creation techniques should visit www.TheWunderliTeam.com or contact me via email.

Jed Wunderli’s Experience

  • Mortgage Loan Originator / Certified Mortgage Planner

    Bank of America Home Loans

    (Financial Services industry)

    March 2009Present (9 months)

My team and I provide clients with strategies to finance or refinance their homes while also providing them with the opportunity to create wealth. I have created software to help analyze our clients' financial picture and to show them how they are doing relative to their financial goals.

  • Certified Mortgage Planner

    Greystone Financial Group

    (Financial Services industry)

    August 2008February 2009 (7 months)

I continued to use the Home Buyers' Scouting Report to attract both Realtors and potential buyers but found it rather difficult since most Realtors were gravitating toward the perceived safety of the "too-big-to-fail" institutions. Ultimately, Greystone lost their funding lines and after interviewing with four companies (Wells Fargo, Residential Capital, Evofi, and Countrywide / Bank of America) I decided that Bank of America had the most to offer.

  • Certified Mortgage Planner

    Indymac Bank

    (Public Company; IMB; Banking industry)

    August 2007August 2008 (1 year 1 month)

The credit market seized in July of 2007 necessitating a move to a bank that I thought was stable enough to weather the storm. With home prices falling rapidly, I had to switch from an equity management model to a Realtor-based purchase model. I implemented the Home Buyers' Scouting Report as an added-value tool for Realtors and their clients and started getting in some doors and slowly building a base of Realtors. Ultimately as I was just gaining some traction, IndyMac was taken over by the FDIC and I had to start over at my next company - Greystone Financial Group.

  • Certified Mortgage Planner

    Meridias Capital

    (Privately Held; Financial Services industry)

    July 2005July 2007 (2 years 1 month)

Practiced equity management by helping teach clients wealth creation principals such as time-value of money, the rule of 72, and discussing leverage, diversification, and cash-flow. I used a PowerPoint presentation to help clients understand the concepts of various strategies and I used my software - the Wealthbuilder Financial Analysis System - to analyze their current financial situation relative to their retirement goals as well as teaching them about the importance of cash-flow, leverage and a variety of other things.

  • Vice President

    USA Lending Group

(Privately Held; 51-200 employees; Real Estate industry)

    February 2003July 2005 (2 years 6 months)

Managed the Las Vegas branch of USA Lending Group which included recruiting and training loan officers, motivating them to achieve high levels of success, and originating mortgages.
