I am a web 2.0 / social media consultant, with an emphasis on training/elearning and technical writing. I currently offer an Introduction to Web 2.0 class, customizable (minimum 4 hours) and an Art of Blogging course, which focuses on content and not technology. My goal is to help your company understand how to integrate Web 2.0, from blogs and wikis to entire social networks, into your infrastructure, whether internal or external.
I'm currently offering several courses, including The Art of Blogging, Introduction to Web 2.0, and Introduction to Microblogging.
I also design and deliver corporate training on a number of subjects, as well as creating all types of technical documentation. I currently try to evangelize Web 2.0 learning methodologies that go beyond eLearning. (Go ahead - ask me more about this!) It's time to incorporate wikis, blogs, and informal learning into the mix. Learning is more than just clicking a next button - it should be a collaborative effort.
Specialties include Web 2.0 (microblogs, blogs, wikis, social media, etc), LinkedIn and social networks, informal learning, collaborative learning, online/computer-based help, and just-in-time learning & help delivery.
