These include updating and maintaining Intranet pages for my branch of NACG, and developing and creating physical and digital displays that showcase our office work and production processes. I also developed and coordinated a customer survey and compiled the resulting statistics to help improve our end-product's effectiveness.

    I work with different types of documents: Created and updated Standard Office Procedures and outlines, and automated various forms, office recommendations, and client letters. I have also assisted with the creation of a spreadsheet template for digitization and archival of all obstacle files.
